Job Summary
Enterprise Device Operating System Management Engineer/End User Device Engineer to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) DDSB onsite in San Antonio, TX. Responsible for advanced identity and device management within a Microsoft 365 tenant using Microsoft Intune; deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and non-Windows endpoints; manage endpoints at scale with Intune, Intune Suite, Windows Autopilot, Copilot for Security, Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365. Design and implement identity, security, access, policies, updates, and apps for endpoints; troubleshoot broad client/platform issues; communicate complex cloud concepts to varied audiences. Produce enterprise-end user device computing designs with automation, monitoring, and compliance support; contribute to root-cause analysis and serve as escalation point for automation and configuration issues; operate independently in a virtual environment; willingness to deliver excellent customer service; possess strong analytical and communication skills. Includes required to start: 5 years of experience, IAT Level II, and active DoD Secret Clearance or DHA Public Trust/NACLC background check.
