Job Summary
EUC Technical Specialist based at the Barangaroo office in Sydney, providing on-site IT end-user support five days a week. Responsibilities include in-person and remote end-user assistance for hardware, software, and system issues; handling support tickets via ServiceNow; setting up and supporting computers, meeting rooms, printers, and related equipment; conducting site visits and IT support for Endeavour Group entities; maintaining asset/configuration records; liaising with vendors for warranty repairs; and delivering patient, empathetic customer service while training staff and maintaining procedural documentation. Key skills include strong troubleshooting, Windows OS expertise, Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune), iOS/Android device management, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Meraki, and other MDM tools. The role emphasizes a face-of-IT presence in-office and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
