EUC Engineer - Contract - Adelaide

Job Summary
Provide first and second-level onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while installing, configuring, and upgrading IT equipment per company standards. Manage user accounts in Active Directory/O365, maintain AV/conference room equipment, and liaise with vendors for escalations. Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing and recovering devices, maintain asset inventory, and document all incidents in the ITSM system. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols. Requires a degree in Computer Science or IT with 4–8 years of onsite experience. 6-month contract with possible extension for Australian/NZ citizens only.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in an onsite EUC or desktop support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and general desktop environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and BMC Helix (or similar ITSM tool)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Experience supporting hardware from vendors like Dell, HP, Lenovo
- Familiarity with remote support tools and mobile device management
- Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
