Job Summary
Product Strategy Manager for Europe at Procore, owning the strategy for Construction Common Data Environment (CDE) solutions in Europe. Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to shape product direction, define measurable outcomes aligned to business objectives, and oversee development, release, and evangelism of differentiated CDE products. Collaborate with Product Directors, VPs, engineers, designers, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure compliant, differentiated, and customer-delighting solutions across Documents, BIM, Assets, and platform services, with a focus on AI-enabled, data-driven decision making and executive-level roadmap communication.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company
- 5+ years of Product Management experience working on construction CDEs or related products in the European market
- Experience with European construction industry standards and compliance requirements related to Document Management and CDEs
- Customer-centric approach and experience collaborating and conducting discovery with large enterprise companies
- Experience scaling products and successfully driving their adoption
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams in an agile software development environment
- Experience collaborating with leaders across Go To Market teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to convey trade-offs and decisions
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business and technical issues and influence decision making
- Ability to build consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders
- Ability to understand system architecture and design concepts behind complex enterprise-class software
- Strong prioritization skills to articulate rationale for competing needs and tradeoffs
