EU NPD Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management for EU initiatives from Initiation through Commercialization, Launch, and Post-Launch Phases across multiple concurrent programs. Develop timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans; coordinate cross-functional teams to meet commitments and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage detailed project schedules, align with SCJ processes, track progress, and maintain documentation while engaging stakeholders and Sponsors. Apply root cause analysis to drive structured outcomes and ensure successful commercialization, with a focus on product development, cost savings, quality, and customer service metrics. Fluency in English required; PMI/APICS knowledge a plus; position requires strong cross-regional collaboration and leadership within a matrix environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline (or a Master’s with relevant experience)
- Proven experience in project management within CPG/FMCG environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- PMI/APICS certification a plus
