EU & National Funded Projects Manager (Cybersecurity)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end management of assigned Horizon Europe and national funded projects, coordinating work packages, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project plans. Act as the primary point of contact for consortium partners, Project Officers, and funding bodies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with grant obligations. Manage grant agreements, budgets, and periodic financial reports while identifying risks and driving mitigation plans. Liaise with technical leads and external reviewers during audits, translating technical progress into reporting requirements. Support proposal writing, budgeting, and consortium building for future funding opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (business administration, engineering, computer science, or related discipline)
- 3+ years of experience managing EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, H2020, Digital Europe Programme, or equivalent national schemes)
- Working knowledge of the EC Funding & Tenders Portal, grant agreement provisions, and EU financial reporting requirements
- Proven experience coordinating multi-partner, international consortia
- Solid grounding in project management methodologies and tools (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, MS Project, Jira/Confluence, or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in parallel
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally for consortium and review meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Greek
- Prior experience with cybersecurity, cyber resilience, or ICT-focused EU calls
- Familiarity with the NIS2 Directive, Cyber Resilience Act, or broader EU cybersecurity regulatory landscape
- Experience with proposal writing/budgeting for Horizon Europe or Digital Europe calls
- PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
