Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and emotional support tailored to individual preferences. Support participation in recreational activities and therapeutic programs to promote social engagement while fostering a safe environment. Engage in ongoing training and education initiatives to enhance dementia care knowledge and skills. Possess strong communication abilities to build rapport with residents and families. Requires Healthcare QQI Level 5, two years of elder care experience, and a degree in nursing or allied health. Permanent full-time role in Co Dublin with meals on duty, uniforms, and pension benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare QQI Level 5 (or similar)
- Hiring EU Nationals Exclusively
- Two or more years of experience providing elder care

- Excellent motivational and managerial abilities
- A degree in OR nursing, allied health, or healthcare
