Manage customer support primarily by phone, handling inquiries for French-speaking clients with a solution-oriented approach. Process customer requests via email, ensuring clear clarification and proper follow-up. Participate in online video consultations to explain products and address client questions. Maintain an overview of ongoing requests and feedback while contributing to internal process improvements. Relay technical issues to the engineering team and escalate important client feedback. Work onsite at Königs Wusterhausen with a hybrid option available, supporting a team of two colleagues.
