Job Summary

Manage project resources and supervise field execution to maintain quality standards and safety protocols in a petrochemical environment. Inspect work progress and equipment, assign tasks based on material or worker requirements, and coordinate activities with planning staff and contractors. Train personnel on company methods, safety procedures, and equipment operation while resolving problems and recommending solutions for production issues. Mobilize and demobilize resources including personnel, rental equipment, and vehicles, and oversee designated supervisors operating company-owned and rented vehicles. Record operational data, arrange equipment repairs, and initiate personnel actions such as promotions or hires. Perform duties under variable project-based hours with extensive travel throughout the U.S., including overnight stays.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of managerial experience
At least 2 years of supervisor experience in related industry
Petrochemical/refinery experience
