Job Summary

Oversee project execution from cradle to grave, manage craft workers, and coordinate efforts between subcontractors while reviewing proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding, and staffing. Establish work plans for each project phase, monitor status to modify schedules as needed, and prepare reports for management and clients. Ensure overall safety, enforce OSHA guidelines, and lead rescue operations while maintaining shop and equipment order. Pursue new methods to increase profits without compromising quality or integrity standards. This project-based role involves extensive travel throughout the U.S. with overnight stays, variable hours, and common overtime.

Desired Qualifications

  • 4 years of managerial experience
  • 2 years of supervisor experience in related industry
  • First Aid and CPR trained
  • Class A driver's license with a clean MVR
