Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• •4-5 years' prior work experience in related industry
• •Knowledge of rigged and rigging equipment
• •Knowledge of crane/rigging hand signals
• •Working knowledge of retrieval devices
• •Working knowledge of fall protection equipment
• •Working knowledge of the set up and operation of all company owned equipment
• •Working knowledge of hand tools
• •Working knowledge of power tools
• •Working knowledge of hydraulic torque tools
• •Working knowledge of the required maintenance and inspection requirements of company owned equipment
• •Skills necessary to perform job function

• •Ability to use chain falls, come along and other Rigging equipment
• •Ability to read and interpret prints and plans
• •Ability to assist with the cleaning and correct loading of equipment and trailers
• •Ability to ensure safe working environment while performing work
• •Ability to operate and maintain company owned and rented equipment
• •Ability to maintain professionalism throughout all business dealings
• •Ability to conduct all Company business in accordance with Company policies and procedures
• •Ability to perform other related duties as assigned
• •Supervisory responsibilities

• •Basic Plus training
