Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/data integration pipelines supporting reporting, financial metrics, and enterprise data flows. Develop data mappings, transformation logic, validation rules, and reconciliation processes while ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across all integration workflows. Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders for deployment, enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvement of data solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration issues ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability across systems. Provide support and share knowledge with fellow developers on ETL-related tasks and associated activities. This 12-month contract role offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma
- 2+ years experience in data development, ETL or data engineering roles
- SQL knowledge and experience with code development (Python, DAX, Javascript)
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, stored procedures, and query development
- Hands-on exposure to designing, building, and supporting ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines
- Ability to translate business/user requirements into technical ETL design and development specifications
- Working understanding data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and data quality control processes
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation such as data mappings, process flows, and transformation logic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills to engage with business users, analysts, and technical stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with exposure to identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting process optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to both project and operational support activities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to have knowledge on demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
- Exposure to ERP and integrated enterprise application environments
- Exposure to enterprise tools such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, or similar planning and analytics platforms
