Job Summary
ETL/Data Architect responsible for defining and enforcing development standards for ETL/Data Warehousing, designing, coding, testing, and documenting reusable objects using Snowflake & IICS; leading full lifecycle data warehousing and integration projects from requirements to deployment; collaborating with Data Engineering to implement solutions aligned with business needs; and optimizing infrastructure to reduce data platform costs while implementing operational improvements including processes, controls, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Biotechnology or foreign education equivalent
- 4 years of experience as a data architect or in a related field
- Experience in data integration, data warehousing, cloud-related initiatives, and development/implementation of data solutions
- 4 years of experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience partnering with external vendors or implementation partners to optimize service delivery
- Experience with data warehousing, data technologies, and ETL solutions
- 4 years of leading end-to-end data engineering and data modeling activities including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
