Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements for ETL processes while translating them into technical specifications and mappings. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate implementation, perform data profiling for quality assurance, and create documentation for data models and dictionaries. Conduct testing and validation of ETL processes to verify accuracy and completeness, providing ongoing troubleshooting support. Maintain proficiency in SQL and industry best practices to drive efficient data solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ETL projects, with a strong understanding of ETL mapping, data mapping, and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS is a plus
