Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate at PwC ETIC, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and execute innovative sourcing strategies. Lead recruitment for senior-level positions while mentoring junior team members. You will track recruitment metrics to drive improvements and advocate for the employer brand through participation in events. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles, including senior and executive-level positions
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment tools
