Job Summary
The ServiceNow Developer – Senior Associate is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and workflows, utilizing JavaScript and low-code/no-code configurations to create scalable solutions across various modules. Key responsibilities include integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, configuring workflows, and providing mentorship to junior developers. Candidates should have 4-7 years of relevant experience and hold required ServiceNow certifications. Preferred skills include familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, as well as experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of working experience in a ServiceNow development role
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - required
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow ITSM Certification
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development on ServiceNow App Engine
- Exposure to ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Understanding of Performance Analytics and IntegrationHub
