Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of frontend features from requirement clarification through development, testing, and deployment. Design, build, and maintain scalable React applications while contributing to architecture decisions on component structure and state management. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices. Optimize applications for performance and accessibility, actively troubleshoot production issues, and lead junior developers with technical direction. Contribute to CI/CD processes and release activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience, with demonstrated ownership of feature delivery
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, modern patterns)
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query)
- Solid understanding of API integration (REST, asynchronous patterns)
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
- Proven ability to deliver in agile, fast-paced environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR)
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture and modular frontend design
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility (WCAG standards)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker)
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments is a plus
