Job Summary
Junior consultant role designed for fresh graduates eager to learn SAP SuccessFactors and grow into full-fledged consultants. The position includes supporting configuration activities, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication with clients. Responsibilities involve assisting in client workshops, preparing materials like workbooks and training content, and contributing to post-go-live support. Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration - HR major, Management Technology, or similar
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Interest in HR tech / SAP SuccessFactors
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue a consulting career within SAP SuccessFactors
Desired Qualifications
- HR/IT internships or academic exposure preferred
