Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in Salesforce Marketing Development at PwC, you will build and implement marketing automation solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Your responsibilities include managing email campaigns, SMS messages, and designing automated customer journeys to enhance engagement. You will integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems, utilize programming languages like AMPscript and SQL for custom solutions, and analyze campaign performance for optimization. A strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and several years of related experience are essential. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio.
- Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS for custom development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template development.
- Knowledge of API integrations and data management.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other marketing technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including campaign development and automation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) is a plus.
- Min 2 Salesforce Certifications in (MC Email Specialist, MC Administrator, MC Developer)
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant / Agentforce Specialist are considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Growth and Advanced Editions are considered a plus.
