Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for executing the product vision and strategy, acting as a link between customer needs, market opportunities, and the delivery team. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining product roadmaps, conducting competitive analysis, synthesizing market trends, and managing product development and delivery. The role requires strong skills in Agile methodologies, stakeholder relationship management, strategic ownership, and commercial management. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in product management, familiarity with SaaS product development, and be capable of leading cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5+ years in a Product Manager role with full accountability for product decisions
- Prior work in an Agile/Scrum environment with responsibility for backlog ownership and release planning
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams including design, engineering, and QA
- Exposure to SaaS product development and delivery
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining epics, and leading product lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with market research techniques, customer feedback synthesis, and competitive analysis
- Mentoring or leadership experience within a product or digital team setting

- Certified Product Manager - i.e. PSPO II Certification or A-CSPO
