Job Summary
The role of Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Senior Manager involves leading the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, developing and presenting financial reports to management, and collaborating with teams to evaluate business initiatives and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include establishing performance indicators, mentoring FP&A team members, and providing financial insights to senior leadership. Candidates should have strong qualifications including a bachelor's degree in finance or related field and over 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
