Job Summary
Support organizations in optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and achieving strategic goals as a Senior Associate in Business Consulting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Target Operating Models, identify opportunities for standardization, develop process documentation, and analyze current models for optimization. This role demands strategic thinking, client-focused skills, and a solid understanding of Finance. A Master’s degree and fluency in German and English are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MBA) in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
- Ability to travel as needed to meet client requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with TOM design, process optimization, and change management in a global context
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
