Job Summary
Support organizations in optimizing operations and streamlining processes while achieving strategic goals. Collaborate with experienced consultants to analyze challenges and implement solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing GBS Target Operating Models, identifying opportunities for standardization, contributing to documentation such as standard operating procedures, and analyzing operating models for improvement. Strong candidates will possess a service-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
- Initial experience or strong interest in topics such as TOM design, process optimization, or change management
- Familiarity with project work
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Project management certification is a plus
- Basic proficiency in data analysis and commonly used business software tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
