Develop mobilisation content for the model office, create materials for process workshops, and support process analysis by updating process maps and documenting new processes. Define user stories and assist in creating test data while developing content for project communications, training materials, and SOPs. Requires 4+ years of experience as a business/process analyst with strong skills in process mapping tools and supporting model office or change management functions. Located in the Specialism Management level at PwC.
