ETIC, Business Analyst - Associate (German Speaker)

Job Summary
Join the PwC ETIC Team as a Business Analyst, where you will work in a cross-functional, agile environment supporting digital product implementations and enhancements. You will elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements, facilitate workshops, translate business needs into user stories, and manage backlog items using Jira. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on end-to-end requirement traceability and supporting User Acceptance Testing. The ideal candidate has a solid background in software projects, especially in financial services, and is fluent in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or enhancement projects
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience writing structured and testable user stories
- Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional discussions
- Background in Financial Services (banking, leasing, automotive finance, insurance, etc.)
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Technical & Tooling Experience Required: Jira, Confluence, Process modeling tools (e.g., draw.io), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Technical & Tooling Experience: Adobe Analytics
- DataDog (log analysis / monitoring)
- CloudGuard AWS (basic understanding of cloud environments)
- Figma (UI collaboration)
- API understanding & system integration exposure
