Job Summary
Ethics & Compliance Professional responsible for supporting compliance activities across clinical operations and global functions, delivering guidance and training on risk areas (lobbying, marketing, referral sources, governmental affairs), providing practical compliance advice, leading and coordinating compliance material development with global teams, supporting due diligence and internal systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of compliance processes in a hybrid office/remote environment. Requires 4+ years in compliance, healthcare experience preferred, strong risk awareness, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of healthcare compliance principles, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, ideally within healthcare
- Project management experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
