Job Summary
Support the Global Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Program by fostering a culture of business ethics, addressing policy queries, and managing third-party due diligence for vendors and payment partners. Drive the review, approval, and governance of compliance policies, coordinate onboarding workflows, and maintain audit-ready documentation across project management and issue-tracking platforms. Act as the compliance knowledge base for cross-functional teams, manage the company-wide training platform, and co-own the Related Party Transactions framework alongside Legal and Accounting. Support investigations into ethics matters, assist in contract reviews, and oversee the annual compliance attestation cycle. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including advisors and regulators, to drive timely completion and risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in Compliance with a focus on Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management
- Fluency in English
- Experience managing due diligence and onboarding platforms
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Law supplemented by Compliance and/or Risk Management training
- Project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage various stakeholders/programs concurrently
- A high degree of professional ethics, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work cross-functionally with stakeholders in multiple geographies, time zones, functions, and diverse backgrounds
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus
- Experience with FCPA or equivalent anti-corruption risk assessments is a plus
