Job Summary
Senior Associate role within ETF Servicing at State Street Global Services focusing on operational accuracy in PCF creation, baskets, and corporate action processing for model ETF portfolios; coordination with index providers (S&P, MSCI, FTSE, NASDAQ, Solactive) and client inquiries; forecasting basket needs and updating reference data for funds, APs, clients and fees; ensuring timely process documentation, and driving process improvements while maintaining risk controls. Requires fund accounting/trade operations experience, ETF knowledge, strong Excel/communication skills, and willingness to work night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting/Finance/Technical or related field
- Experience in Fund Accounting, Trades settlement, corporate action
- Knowledge of ETF products and Basket creations (added advantage)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills and logical reasoning to resolve issues
- Willingness to work night shift
- Experience in Fund Accounting or NAV in ETF/MF/Hedge Funds or Corporate Action processing or Investment Operations with a reputed global firm
