Job Summary
ETF Product Development role focusing on managing ETF business relationships with index providers, exchanges, sub-advisors, Market Makers, Authorized Participants, and distribution partners; duties include product management from creation to launch, oversight of ETF processes, documentation review (funds prospectuses and operating memorandums), board/material preparation, coordinating with accounting/custody/compliance, fostering relationships with liquidity providers, and ongoing automation/integration efforts. Requires Bachelor's Degree (CFA/MBA/CAIA/CIMA advanced degree preferred), 3+ years ETF experience in product development/portfolio management/capital markets/ETF operations, strong investment acumen in ETFs and factor investing, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Bloomberg; FINRA Series 7 and 63 a plus. Location: Manhattan, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; CFA, MBA, CAIA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the ETF ecosystem, specifically in a Product Development, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets or ETF Operations capacity
- Strong investment acumen and background specifically when it comes to ETFs, factor investing and asset allocation
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of security types, including equities, bonds, FX and derivatives
- Awareness of regulatory and industry changes and how it impacts the business & operations
- Strong technical skills required (Excel, Power Point, Access, Bloomberg, etc)
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 a plus
