Job Summary
ETF Operations - Associate role focused on servicing ETF clients, managing order activity, reconciliation, and publication of deliverables. Responsibilities include overseeing daily trading operations, ensuring accurate order management, maintaining KPI reporting for clients and senior management, engaging with Authorized Participants, contributing to new ETF product launches, and supporting ETF record-keeping and capital stock activity. Requires collaboration with clients and internal teams in a global, client-focused environment; preferred expertise includes advanced Excel (VBA), ETF actions processing, and knowledge of ETF cash components.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of industry experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global operating environment and matrix organization
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented with the ability to sustain a target-driven environment
- Advanced Excel skills (preferred)
- ETF industry experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income (preferred)
- Expertise in ETF cash component processing (preferred)
