Job Summary
Oversee general ledger accounting functions for multiple funds, preparing and reviewing preliminary trial balances and net asset value calculations. Monitor income and expense accruals for GAAP compliance, analyze corporate actions, and reconcile cash settlements and position quantities with custodian and prime broker records. Investigate discrepancies by collaborating with custodians, brokers, transfer agencies, and portfolio managers to resolve trade detail and pricing exceptions. Partner with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and GAAP reporting regulations while coordinating audit materials and inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment Banking, Economics, or International Business
