Job Summary
As a Process Engineer, you will design, collect data, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot complex problems (Root Cause Analysis), measure film properties, generate internal documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. You will collaborate with vendors and suppliers, implement new technologies and analytical instrumentation, and lead project teams as needed. The role involves working with R&D teams on state-of-the-art projects and communicating findings through technical reports and presentations. Travel up to 10% is required; relocation is eligible. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of related experience.
