ETCH Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on tool sets in the Etch area, including AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics Aura 1000, Gasonics Iridia, STS HRM Bosch Trench Etcher, Axcelis Fusion, Semitool SST, Semitool SRD, and manual wet benches. Apply strong mechanical and electronic skills to demonstrate problem-solving ability while utilizing SPC knowledge within the manufacturing environment. Perform tasks requiring the ability to lift 40lbs. This role operates on a compressed work week with both day and night shifts available, 100% onsite in Palm Bay, FL. As an ITAR position, candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. Persons. Required Qualifications
- AS or AA in electrical, mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience
- 5+ years supporting AMAT Centura 5200 MxP, AMAT 8330/8110, AMAT P5000 MxP, Gasonics Aura 1000, Gasonics Iridia, STS HRM Bosch Trench Etcher
- 5 years' experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment
- 10 years' experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field
- Strong mechanical skills
- Strong electronic skills
- Excellent Oral communication skills
- Excellent Written Communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- U.S. citizen or U.S. Person
- Available for compressed work week, 3 days on 7am to 7pm one week, and 4 days the next week
- Available for both day and night shifts
- 100% onsite in Palm Bay, FL
