Job Summary
The Etch Equipment Engineer is responsible for supporting troubleshooting and maintenance activities within the factory, focusing on root cause analysis, standardization, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include performing tool qualifications, analyzing operational data, and implementing corrective actions to enhance capacity and defect performance. Essential qualifications include a BS degree in relevant engineering fields and a minimum of 2 years of experience, with valuable skills such as hands-on experience with 300mm Dry Etch and familiarity with various Etch Equipment.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
Desired Qualifications
- 300mm Dry Etch experience
- Familiarity with Etch Equipment (Lam, TEL, AMAT, Hitachi, SEMES, Mattson, PSK)
- Familiar with TPM concepts
- Prior experience with Etch process within a semiconductor organization
