[ETA] 3 Junior Java Developer (1-3 years of experience)

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications while participating in full software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Create and manage automobile diagnostic data content or develop and optimize database schemas using SQL, XML, and JSON. Collaborate with customers and overseas vendors for software development projects, ensuring clear communication and delivery. Troubleshoot technical issues with a problem resolution-oriented approach and work with diagnostic protocols such as UDS, KWP, and DOIP. Communicate effectively in Japanese and engage in English communication training.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in software development involving design, implementation, and testing in Java full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and working with databases
- Solid understanding of JSON file handling and data manipulation
- Fluency in Japanese
- Willingness to improve English communication skills
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- Combined experience in one or more of the following: automobile diagnostic data content creation, database/data model practice (SQL, XML, JSON), or customer/vendor communication for IT development
- Japanese communication skills
