ET/IVF Lab Technician

Job Summary
Perform daily ET/IVF laboratory procedures including oocyte handling, fertilization, embryo culture and grading, and embryo cryopreservation/transfer, while maintaining sterile technique and following established SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include equipment operation and maintenance, quality control and data recording, training of new personnel, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. Requires flexibility to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, with evening shift pay differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of laboratory experience
- Demonstrated ability to work varying shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database software
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform fine motor tasks under a microscope
- Demonstrated ability to maintain aseptic technique and work in a controlled laboratory environment
- Ability to follow strict laboratory protocols and maintain accurate documentation
