Job Summary
Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Identify and remove violating material, process appeals and moderation requests, and apply content classifications and labeling procedures. Document moderation decisions and recurring trends while collaborating with policy, compliance, and legal teams as necessary. Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes. Requires fluent Estonian (C2) and English (B2+), with relocation support available for candidates with work permits.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Estonian language skills (C2)
- Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content
- Relocation Support: Available for Candidates with Work-Permit
