Job Summary
Estonian Language Instructor needed at ICLS in Washington, DC to teach adult professionals in-person. Roles vary to include full-time or part-time assignments for private students and small groups across a range of proficiency levels. Candidates should have solid experience teaching Estonian to adults in a full-time setting, native-level Estonian, and at least a bachelor’s degree. Preferred candidates will have graduate training in teaching or second language acquisition, ILR scale familiarity, curriculum development experience, and experience preparing students for DoD/Foreign Service proficiency testing. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience teaching Estonian to adults in a full-time setting
- Native-level proficiency in Estonian
- Possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States
