Required Qualifications
- Evaluate and analyze drawings and specifications
- Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals
- Thorough understanding of the scope for each specific trade
- Develop RFI's and clarifications
- Create bid lists that fit scope of job
- Complete budgeting and scheduling for projects
