Job Summary
Identify and research potential new customers and projects while developing and maintaining customer relationships. Receive and organize bid documents, perform accurate quantity takeoffs, and review vendor quotes to determine appropriateness. Input data into estimating software, conduct value engineering, and review bids with management before submitting proposals. Follow up on projects post-submission to sell and close bids, ensuring timely and professional communication. Maintain accurate digital project files including correspondence, plans, and change orders. This role requires a passion for the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with estimating software and blueprints. SiteWORX is a leading total site development contractor specializing in underground utilities, mass excavation, and concrete.

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry
- Associate degree in construction management
- Proficient at reading blueprints
- Successful track record of winning bids
- Understanding of sales, estimating, scheduling, project buyout
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in performance of Earthwork Takeoffs
- Experience with estimating and takeoff software
