Job Summary
Estimator for siding materials (Vinyl/Concrete) responsible for material take-offs from blueprints for residential and light commercial projects. Requires knowledge of exterior siding and trim, ability to read blueprints, and 3-4 years in residential/light commercial construction or 2 years in estimating. Responsibilities include estimating and collaborating with outside sales, reviewing documents for bid accuracy, and supporting field/sales efforts. Required Qualifications
- Understanding of exterior siding and trim
- Ability to read blueprints
- 3-4 years experience in residential and light commercial construction or 2 years in estimating
- Building material sales experience
- Working knowledge of Professional Estimating Software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
