Job Summary

Complete preliminary estimates, final invoices, and documentation for franchise locations using XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and other industry platforms. Communicate directly with franchisees and insurance carriers via phone, email, and Teams to ensure adherence to carrier guidelines and service level agreements. Coach franchises on improving estimating performance and identify trends for organizational stakeholders. Assist with department support during catastrophic events and provide technical claim inquiries across estimating systems. Review estimates and documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, supported by reinspections and automated reporting. This role leverages subject matter expertise in water mitigation, mold remediation, fire, and reconstruction to drive improved scorecard performance and job acquisition for the network.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
  • 1 plus years' experience with estimation principles, concepts, and experience in the property restoration/insurance industry
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
  • Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to successfully pass required industry and company certifications on the first attempt
  • Ability to answer and communicate with PDRI, Independent franchises, and PDO offices via phone and email
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
