Job Summary
Estimator responsible for end-to-end estimating lifecycle for multi-family, commercial, and federal projects. Develop and maintain customer relationships, perform takeoffs, prepare complete conceptual and final estimates, review drawings and specifications, participate in pre-bid meetings, assess risks, coordinate with field operations, and ensure estimates align with budget and gross margin targets. Proficient in estimating software (Conest IntelliBid preferred), Microsoft Office, and OSHA standards; able to read blueprints and technical drawings, work independently, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of construction projects
- Customer-focused, skilled in estimating and people management
- Able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams; and follow specifications
- Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
