Job Summary
Write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers using Xactimate software. Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters, then submit estimates to insurance companies for payment. Follow established billing and collections procedures while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This full-time role is based at the Arizona Call Center in Tempe, AZ, with an hourly range of $23.00–$25.00 and performance-based bonuses. Insurance claims experience is required, and bilingual skills are preferred.
