Estimator/Repair Planner

Job Summary
Lead vehicle disassembly and damage documentation, and create detailed repair estimates for submission to insurance companies or customers. Communicate repair processes clearly to customers, coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts, and support repair planning based on parts availability and shop volume. Requires 3+ years of auto body estimating experience, CCC One or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM; title: Estimator/Repair Planner. Role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of auto body estimating experience in a collision repair environment
- Proficiency with collision estimating software (CCC One or equivalent)
- Strong computer skills, including estimating systems, digital imaging tools, and basic office applications
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced shop environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving and background requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
