Job Summary
Estimator/Project Manager responsible for bid services and cost estimates for commercial clients; conduct site visits and assessments of bid documents; manage the proposal process from start to finish; review bid requests in Zoho or designated databases; evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements; prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals; requires a strong background in commercial estimating (3+ years) and project management, with proficiency in estimating software and MS Office; must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills to oversee multiple projects and deadlines; role based in Valencia, CA (in-person) with AAA Facility Services.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in commercial estimating, project management, or facilities maintenance
- Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years)
