Estimator/Project Manager

Job Summary
Estimator/Project Manager responsible for the development and estimating of the project. They own the pre-construction process up until hand off to the field, ensuring quality projects with high completeness and accuracy. Responsibilities include writing project summaries, proposals, and scopes of work; creating start packages, PCA and contracts; updating CES; financially estimating job costs to avoid slippage and managing change orders, draws, and vendor payments. Conduct feasibility studies and trade walks; coordinate with designers, PMs, internal partners, and vendors to create site plans and structures; act as a problem solver to remove bottlenecks; support recruitment/onboarding of trade partners; maintain regular client communication and attend job site visits; participate as an active Scrum/project team member; log hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience or interest in construction industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fluid environment
