Job Summary
Estimator/Project Manager to perform bid services and prepare cost estimates for commercial clients; conduct site visits and reviews of bid documents; manage the proposal process from start to finish; review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests; provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle; evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements; prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial estimating or project management
- Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial construction estimating
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with bid/proposal processes and site visits
- Ability to review bid documents and assess labor, materials, and subcontractor requirements
- Strong analytical and pricing skills
