Job Summary
Estimator/Project Manager responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects and for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to define project scope and deliverables, conduct site visits, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in construction management software and MS Office, and excellent communication. Certifications such as PMP or AACE are a plus.
