Job Summary
Detail-oriented Estimator responsible for preparing price estimates for both roll-fed and sheet-fed printing opportunities, managing RFQs, and partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing to drive competitive, profitable quotes. Will maintain a library of quote activity, source materials for best pricing on non-standard volumes, assist with quote revisions, and manage RFQ timelines from intake to submission. Must build knowledge of materials, inks, coatings, and press performance characteristics while supporting strategic pricing efforts and cost-saving opportunities through production optimization. This role requires strong math/analytic skills, advanced Excel/Word, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of estimating experience (printing, manufacturing, or related industry preferred)
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Word
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
